I’m Kimiyo Fowler, and I’ve been in the home financing industry for 22 years. Over the years, I’ve come to truly love helping people navigate the often-overwhelming world of home buying and, most importantly, helping them achieve their dream of homeownership.

In 2025, I took the leap and began expanding my expertise into real estate, combining my deep knowledge of financing with a new focus on helping clients with every aspect of buying a home. I’m excited about this new chapter, where I’ll continue to offer both lending and real estate services. The two go hand in hand, and this unique combination allows me to offer a more holistic approach to my clients, guiding them seamlessly through the entire home buying journey—from securing financing to finding the perfect property, all while making their dream of owning a home a reality.

I’m a proud Oregonian, born and raised in the Rogue Valley. When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my family and friends, running or hiking around Shasta Lake, or enjoying the company of my dog, Winnie. There’s nothing better than being outdoors and soaking up the beauty of nature with the people (and pets) I love!
